Use this process to help practice the positive changes you are making in your life.

Metaphor dictionary definition: A figure of speech in which one thing is spoken of as if it were another (i.e., "all the world's a stage.").

The use of metaphors often helps us to connect ideas and concepts to our life experiences which, in turn, tends to support us in becoming aware of where we have been, deepens our knowingness about why things unfold the way they do, and strengthens our growth into new areas of experience.

Set an intention to write a metaphor for each letter of the alphabet: i.e., ________ is like a ___________.

Choose one letter in whatever style suits you: ascending or descending through the alphabet, randomly or consciously. Any way you DO it is perfect.
